Darby loves to play tug and this is perfect. The rope is large and comfortable for me but strong enough to hold up to some good pulling. The squeaker makes it fun, too. As another pet parent mentioned, the scarf came off in no time. Be careful of this swallowing hazard.

Bernese Mountain Dog puppy likes it but within a few days undid the scarf

This is a nice tug toy. So far, it has held up quite well and my pup likes it. However, do not let your pup alone with this toy, or even to chew on it for a few minutes even under supervision…. my puppy undid the scarf and nearly ate it, within the 1 minute that I left her with the toy next to me. Good thing she did not swallow it. Such a shame, because it was so cute too… anyway, the quality in general seems good, and this is a fun toy. Pup likes the fact that it has a squeaker too.
