Q:   What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We use Stripe to process our orders. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

 

Q: I need to change the shipping address on my order but it’s already been submitted, what do I do?

A: Give us a call as soon as you can at (909) 606-6094. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help change your order accordingly.

Q:  I’ve signed up for a wholesale account but I don’t see anything regarding wholesale options or pricing once I sign in.

A:  You can contact our customer service by phone at (909) 606-6094 or e-mail at sales@zippypaws.com and they will be happy to look into your account and make any necessary changes internally for you.

 

Q:   Do you ship wholesale to international customers?

A:    Yes, we do. Please email sales@zippypaws.com to inquire more.
 

Subscription Boxes

 
 
Q: When will I get my box?

A: Boxes will arrive at your doorstep around the 15th of every month. If you missed the cutoff date for this month’s box, you will get your first box the following month.

 

Q: Do I have to pay shipping for my subscription?

A: Nope! Shipping is free with your subscription.
