Pas super pour les vieux chiens
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
Hi Laflamme,
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that Ti-loup had a stressful experience with the puzzler.
You are correct—some dogs rely more on their nose, while others use their paws more actively, and that can definitely change how a toy feels for them. This insight is very helpful for other pet parents choosing the right enrichment option for their dogs.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave an honest review. Please send us an email at zippy@zippypaws.com—we’d love to send Ti-loup a toy that may be a better match for her play style.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate it and would love the opportunity to make this right for both of you!
Easy puzzle
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
Not their favorite puzzle and pretty easy, but still keeps them busy for a few minutes. Got this free on Black Friday. Probably wouldn’t pay full price for it though.
Hi, asualum2002! Thanks for the honest review! We're glad Dash and Willow get some engagement out of our SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider, and we appreciate your feedback on the difficulty and price.
Genius
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
Great toy and keeps puppy (4 months old) busy till she figured out how to flip it over and pull out the black grips. She also bites the covers right off – worried she is going to choke. Hmm, maybe it is the name sake that gets her in trouble. Needs constant supervision with the toy is the only downfall.
My puppy loves this puzzle
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
My dachshund pup had always loved sniff mats and puzzles. We purchased him this and even though he’s figured it out quickly, he still loves playing with it. It’s very well made, I rinse it out with a hose and let it air dry.
Great for beginners!!
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
This puzzle toy is so cute. I love the color scheme. It is a fairly easy puzzle game for my 7 month old pup, she finishes it pretty quickly. But it’s still a great little game.
Beagle Approved
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
This is a great toy for small to medium dogs. We have several puzzles, but this one is her favorite. Our bigger dog loved it also, but it was a little small for her.
Our little terrier loves it!
SmartyPaws Puzzler Donut Slider
Our terrier mix loves puzzle toys. She’s super smart so she figured this one out fast. Not super great if you’re looking for a challenge but it still gets her energy out. We can fit treats or her kibble in this. Easy sliding mechanism too.
