Dear customers,

Newest updates as of 9/7/2020:

Add delivery delays to the list of #2020problems.

We pride ourselves on many things – one of them being very zippy with deliveries (see what we did, there?). This is why we wanted to give you a heads up that processing and shipping times may take longer than expected,  due to high-volume and carrier delays.

Rest assured, if you’ve placed an order with us, it will still be delivered! It just may be a few days behind schedule. 

What it means for consumer orders:

We are accepting orders placed on the website and our warehouse team is working hard to process orders and ship them out within 10 business days.

What it means for wholesale orders:

Due to overwhelming demand, all wholesale orders placed on the website will not be shipped until October 1st, and they will be shipped out according to date of order placed. For additional support, please email your ZippyPaws sales representative.

We understand that your pup is eagerly awaiting their favorite toy and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As COVID-19 sweeps the world, ZippyPaws is monitoring the updates closely to effectively protect our employees and serve our customers.

All office employees mandated to work from home indefinitely beginning March 12th.

The warehouse is still operating to ship out orders to our loyal customers. Strict safety precautions have been set up to protect our employees and their families. Masks, gloves, and sanitizers are provided by ZippyPaws, and social distancing is practiced and enforced for all warehouse employees.

ZippyPaws is promising to pay employees’ full wages, regardless of ability to work from home.

Customer service is working from home, but will check phone messages periodically.
