Orders and Shipping

Our products are available on our official website, as well as through various online retailers and pet stores. International customers can find a list of authorized international retailers at https://zippypaws.com/international-retailers/.

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help change or cancel your order accordingly. Please give us a call at (909) 606-6094 or send an email to zippy@zippypaws.com with the 6-digit order number at your earliest convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe to process our orders. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept checks. If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.

Yes. All amounts on our website are in USD.

You can find the places to enter the Coupon Code and the Gift Card Code in your Cart. Type the code you have and click “Apply”. The discount will be applied to your order total only after the code is entered.

We currently only ship within the Continental US (including Hawaii and APO/ FPO addresses) and Canada and Mexico for items purchased from our website. International customers can find a list of authorized international retailers at https://zippypaws.com/international-retailers/.

We offer free shipping for orders over $35 within the continental US. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this offer. Order must meet the minimum of $35 after ALL discounts have been applied.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you did not receive the tracking email, please check your spam box and feel free to send an email to zippy@zippypaws.com if you still cannot find the tracking information.

Product Questions

We offer a wide variety of toys for both dogs and cats, including plush toys, tough non-plush toys, eco-friendly toys, outdoor adventure wearables and accessories, leashes, feeder bowls, interactive puzzle games, and more! Our goal is designed to cater to the different play styles and needs of pets.

Our products are designed in California and made in China and India.

We suggest hand or machine washing plush toys in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. If machine-washing, toss plush toys into a pillowcase, tie it off with a knot, and wash on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat setting and promptly remove from dryer, or gently squeeze out excess water and allow to air dry.

Our ZippyTuff and ZippyTuff+ toys, Happy Bowls, and SmartyPaws Puzzlers are dishwasher-safe on the top rack.

Yes, all our toys are made from non-toxic materials and undergo rigorous safety testing to ensure they are safe for your pets, and squeakers are not harmful if ingested. Please always supervise your pets during playtime to ensure their safety.

For pups that like to chew, we recommend toys from our ZippyTuff line as well as some of our products that are categorized in the tough category on our website.

Consider your pet’s size, age, and play preference. Also, your pet may have a specific preference for one toy. Our product descriptions provide guidance to help you choose the right toy, and you can use the filter option when browsing our website.

Our toys are made from a variety of materials, including non-toxic plush, TPR, an assortment of patented squeakers, etc. Each product description includes details about the materials used.

The durability of our toys depends on your pet’s play style and the type of toy. While we strive to make durable toys and continue improving our products, aggressive chewers may go through them faster. Please regularly inspect toys and replace them if they show significant wear and tear.

Yes, we have a range of toys specifically designed for aggressive chewers, made from durable materials like rubber and nylon. We recommend toys from our ZippyTuff line as well as some of our products that are categorized in the tough category on our website.

You will need an active email address to register an account. After you have an account, go to your dashboard and you will see “Rewards Program Sign Up”, where you can sign up for the VIP program for free. You can also sign up for the VIP program by clicking the top link “Sign up for our VIP program to get a free toy today”.

We have several main categories, including plush, tough, adventure, etc. The categories are listed on our website. Hover over each category, and you will see the product lines under the categories.

There is a search bar on the top of our website. Enter the keyword of the product you want to buy, such as “Hedgehog”, and all related options will appear.

Yes, you can add the items to your Cart, and you can always make changes in the Cart before you place an order. You can find your Cart in the top-right corner of our website.

Returns and Replacements

If the purchase was made directly from the ZippyPaws website, we welcome returns on any unused, unwashed, and undamaged items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items returned are found to have been used, washed, or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ZippyPaws does not refund original shipping and handling costs.

Sorry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for ZippyPaws toys purchased from third-party websites/stores. We recommend you return the item to the original place of purchase. ZippyPaws defers to the verdict of the third party in all return cases.

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing zippy@zippypaws.com to complete a defective claim request. You may be asked to provide documentation of the damage or defect, so we kindly ask that you refrain from disposing of the item before contacting us.

Typically, it takes approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to appear in your account after the item has arrived at our warehouse. Times can vary depending on your bank and may take a little longer. If you would like to speed up the process, we recommend that you notify us before sending items back by emailing zippy@zippypaws.com with your order number and the items you will be returning.

We totally understand that some pups are more aggressive in their play than others, and different situation happens. More often than not, this is considered normal wear and tear for the life of a dog toy and returns/refunds will only be granted on a case-by-case basis; Zippypaws reserves the right to refuse a return/refund due to natural pet play. We also highly recommend supervising your pup as they play to ensure their toy’s longevity.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you when the return window from another company has ended.
We do not assume responsibility or offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items purchased from third parties.

We are currently unable to ship small parcel replacements internationally and can only offer a refund. Please reach out to zippy@zippypaws.com and our customer service team will gladly assist you with any other questions you may have regarding international returns.

As long as the toy was purchased directly from ZippyPaws, we can help you with that. Please have your order number ready upon contacting our customer service team. Unfortunately, without a receipt or gift receipt from ZippyPaws, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

This includes but is not limited to: gifts purchased from a third-party seller (online, store, etc.) and subscription boxes.

On the teal bar on top right of the website, click “WHOLESALE” and then the yellow box that says “REGISTER”. From there, you can register your wholesale account and our team will go through and approve you once everything is cleared.

Typically, it can take up to 2-3 days to review your application. We receive many applications throughout the day, and we process each application in the order in which they are received. If there is any additional information needed one of our sales reps will contact, you to obtain it.

Currently, we only have one authorized Amazon seller. There may be more than one company with our products on Amazon but that is because they are depleting the inventory they purchased from us prior to our company making this recent change.

Our wholesale order minimum is $300.00, and we offer free shipping within the US!

Yes, every wholesale applicant will receive a response within 72 hours regarding the status of their application.

For regular customers, shipping is FREE for orders over $35 within the US. For wholesale customers, shipping is FREE for orders over $300 within the US. (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers)

All wholesale customers are required to meet the minimum of $300 to purchase.
