How to Make Delicious Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients: 

• 1 cup milk 
• 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree 
• 1 tablespoon sugar 
• 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

• 1/4 cup hot espresso or strong brewed coffee 
• Sweetened whipped cream 

Directions: 

1. Combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and vent with a small hole.  

2. Microwave until the milk is hot (1 to 2 minutes). Whisk vigorously until the milk mixture is foamy (approx. 30 seconds). 

3. Pour the espresso or coffee into a large mug and add the foamed milk.  

4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. 
   
   

Bonus Recipe: Pumpkin and Peanut Butter Dog Treats 

Dogs love pumpkin too – so bake your pup some treats to enjoy while you are sipping on your pumpkin spice latte!  

Ingredients: 

• 2 cups flour 
• 1 cup canned pumpkin  
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (Xylitol-free) 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 

2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin and peanut butter. 

3. Stir in flour and mix into a dough. 

4. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. 

5. Cut out shapes with a dog bone (or pumpkin) cookie cutter. 

6. Place treats on an ungreased cookie sheet. 

7. Bake for 12 minutes.
