Shipping Policy

ZippyPaws is commited to fast handling and shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day.

Free Shipping

ZippyPaws offers free shipping on all orders over $10 USD within the U.S. We will determine the best shipping method, and all orders should arrive within 5 business days of shipment. Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped by USPS First class, orders between 14 ounces and 3 pounds will be shipped by FedEx SmartPost, and orders over 3 pounds (including beds and crate pads) will be shipped by FedEx Ground.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am PST. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am PST through Friday 11am PST will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service.

International Shipping

ZippyPaws offers international shipping with the USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International shipping method. Your shipping total is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart. We do not ship packages over 4 pounds internationally (including beds). Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." We are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
